A 20 years old gentleman wanted to have straight teeth just like what his friends have because his upper right lateral front tooth appeared “missing” in photograph as it was hidden behind another tooth. Upper and lower customized lingual braces were fitted, followed by bonded and removable retainers. The braces came off just in time for his graduation so that he could have wonderful smiling graduation photos!
